Purchases are paid through Tebex and delivered by the FiveM server. If something does not arrive, keep your Tebex transaction ID and contact the server team.

How a purchase works

You add a package to the cart on this website.

Checkout continues on Tebex. Tebex asks you to confirm the FiveM account that should receive the package, then takes payment.

This website never asks for your card number or your FiveM password.

When it should arrive

Tebex tells the FiveM server about the payment. The server checks for new purchases about once a minute. Reconnect if you were already in the city. Subscription renewals and refunds are also handled by Tebex.

If it does not arrive

1. Wait two minutes and reconnect to the server. 2. Find your Tebex transaction ID. It is in the Tebex receipt email and looks like tbx- followed by letters and numbers. Logged-in purchases also appear under Account → Orders after Tebex notifies this website. 3. Contact the server team with that ID and the package name. 4. Do not send card numbers, passwords, or screenshots of your card.

Where to ask

A Discord link has not been added yet. An owner can set it in Admin → Settings.

Common problems

Checkout says Tebex is not connected. The owner still needs to add the Tebex public token.
A promo code failed. Tebex rejected it. Check the spelling, or remove it and pay the listed price.
The package is missing from the store. It is turned off, or it is not linked to a live Tebex package.
Discord roles did not apply. The role has to be configured on the package inside Tebex, and you need to approve Discord when Tebex asks during checkout.

Questions

Where is my transaction ID?

Tebex emails a receipt after payment. The ID looks like tbx- followed by letters and numbers. It also appears under Account → Orders after the payment notification arrives.

I paid but the item is not in-game.

Wait a couple of minutes, then reconnect to the server. If it is still missing, contact support with your Tebex transaction ID and the package name. Do not send card details.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are decided by the server owner under the refund policy and Tebex's payment rules. Open a support request with your transaction ID.
